Pay for Bank Health Care Assistants is currently £13.23 to £14.44 per hour depending on experience, plus an additional 10.35% rolled up holiday pay.
Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements; the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.

Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring Bank Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated and hardworking team at Noble’s Hospital.
You will work as part of a multi-professional team, supporting and delivering great patient care. You will need to be able to work well as a team player and have excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience is desirable but not essential and training will be given.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering high quality care. You must be able to demonstrate that you can be flexible in assisting and meeting the requirements of the department.
