Bank Surgical Ward Healthcare Assistant | Bank / Ad hoc shifts | Farnham Spire Clare Park Hospital is recruiting a Bank Surgical Ward Healthcare Assistant to support our Surgical Ward team on a flexible, bank basis. Spire Clare Park is a modern elective hospital in Farnham, rated Good by the CQC, providing a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state-of-the-art imaging facilities. Role Overview: You will support registered nurses in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care on the Surgical Ward. Duties include assisting with personal care, monitoring and recording observations, ECGs, phlebotomy (where trained), manual handling and general ward support in line with clinical standards and care plans.
