As a vital member of our housekeeping team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Birmingham you’ll be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning in both clinical and non-clinical areas, operating in compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Carry out all cleaning and housekeeping duties allocated through the daily worksheets for all departments, wards and patient bedrooms and as directed by the housekeeping team leader
• Carry out all floor deep cleaning schedules as allocated by the housekeeping team leader
• Manage all laundry items and ensure that par level stocks are maintained and that soiled linens are ready for collection
• Follow all colour coded cleaning and that the correct chemicals are used for the task
• Complete all mandatory training and maintain 100% compliance. Complete any training which supports continuous development
• Support any ad hoc cleaning request’s from any area of the hospital
