SUMMARY

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Harmony House-Reliance Care Home, located in the heart of the community. This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Qualifications * Previous experience in assisted living or residential care settings is essential.

• Strong understanding of patient care principles, particularly for individuals with mental health challenges.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Compassionate nature with a dedication to improving the lives of others

Experience:

• Care: 1 year (required

• Provide compassionate support to residents with mental health needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Administer medication as prescribed and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
