As a Bank Manager, you'll be the head and heart of a frontline banking team that loves to exceed the expectations of local customers, whilst playing a hands-on role in a community you're proud to call your own. This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday. What will I need? * Strong leadership experience, ideally gained in a Retail Banking environment (preferred, not essential) * Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance and customer experience * High-energy, with an ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team * Experience of working to fulfil business performance targets and spur growth * Ability to effectively de-escalate and address challenging situations by using strong communication and problem-solving skills At Westpac, we’re committed to your success from day one.
