SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Qualified or Unqualified) to join our BANK team at Pippa’s House Nursery in Ash Vale. This role is vital in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for our children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality childcare and early education.

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children’s development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive nursery environment.
• Observe and assess children’s development and report findings appropriately.
• Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
• Uphold the nursery’s policies and procedures at all times.
  To work flexibly as part of the larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required, in order to ensure the smooth running of the company.
