Description Full Time Cleaning Position Available in Naperville, Illinois Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition. Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms. Compensation & Hours: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $18/hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays. Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business. Schedule: Monday through Friday. 5:30pm - 2am. Requirements Dependable & Detail Oriented Reliable transportation Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify Previous cleaning experience is a plus!
