Learning and Transformation Specialist Why Join We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player to support the Learning & Transformation (L&T) team in delivering people development initiatives and programmes. The role involves assisting with learning technology, operational tasks, programme management and analytics to ensure effective execution aligned with the Bank’s business and people strategies. What you do Assist in curating and delivering digital learning initiatives using hybrid methodologies, including digital content production and virtual learning facilitation. Support maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and stay updated on emerging digital learning opportunities. Collect, monitor, and analyze learning programme data; prepare training reports and provide insights based on analytics. Ensure quality assurance of learning initiatives and assist in reviewing learning policies and procedures. Provide administrative support for learning budgets, expense tracking, vendor onboarding, and ongoing vendor management. Coordinate and execute learning programmes, including preparation of training materials. Support end-to-end execution and record-keeping for CPD / CPT / ECF training to meet regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely training fulfilment reports and compliance records. Offer guidance and assistance to employees in their professional development journey. Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned. Who you are A degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or organizational development At least 1 year of experience in learning and development, preferably in a financial services organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), familiarity with LMS or digital learning tools is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail Team-oriented, proactive and able to work independently under tight timelines Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
