We are actively seeking a banking professional for the role of Full-Time Account Services Representative (Teller) - Bank Operations Specialist. This position will train in our Roseville location until our new Eagan location opens approximately around November 24, 2025. Mileage for training will be provided until the Eagan location opens. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your superior customer service skills with your knowledge of bank operations support. General Responsibilities: Customer Service Processing of transactions Branch cash management Fraud and Suspicious Activity Detection Wire Transfer Verifications Exception Item Processing We offer a competitive salary based on experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday. Hours coincide with bank hours. *New Team Members must successfully complete attendance and performance standards to receive the hiring bonus payouts of $700 at 90 days, and $300 at 1 year. Requirements Qualifications: Previous banking or retail experience desired Demonstrated proficient oral and written communication skills High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a working knowledge of bank operations support including rules, regulations and policies relating to Deposit Operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while delivering quality results Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and limited guidance/supervision, confidently managing ambiguity and adapting swiftly to organization changes and priorities
