We are currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Specialist in Midvale, Utah or Houston, TX. This position is an in-office position Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to: · Provide daily assistance via phone and email, including diversified operational support to all bank employees throughout the corporation. · Duties include, but are not limited to: day 2 item processing, incoming and outgoing return items, document printing and mailing, and other general operational support for the corporation. · Assess and mitigate risk to include, but not limited to, potential loss and fraud. · Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience. Working knowledge of branch functions, banking operations, and accounting principles. · Ability to work with affiliate bank departments and branches. · Must be accurate, have strong customer service, processing, and communication skills. · Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc. · Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.
