Medical Imaging Partnership (MIP) is an Independent Sector Radiology Company providing managed radiology services and franchise-based professional services direct to radiologists. We offer an unparalleled service to Healthcare Professionals and Patients. This role is a hands-on operational role and is based at 45 Queen Anne Street.
We are looking for a Bank Receptionist for our flagship medical centre in London. Previous hotel reception experience is desired and 5 star hotel experience beneficial. Have the ability to work and perform under pressure and a proven track record in the luxury sector.
Following a recent refurbishment within our centre, we are now looking for the right candidate with passion for delivering service excellence to support our future front of house service transformation.
With guest satisfaction and hospitality at the forefront of what we do, the post holder will ensure to deliver a very specific level of customer service experience, with a personality that inspires and delights in terms of caring for guests who are very discerning and used to a very high standards. Hospitality is key!
Job Overview
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all reception related operations. Maintaining a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times when answering telephones, registering guests, escorting to appointments, and assisting in any requests.
Ensuring a five star hotel quality reception service is provided.
Maintain good working relationships with all departments, and ensuring a good working atmosphere in the department by contributing to a positive working environment with a focus on team work.
You will have the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive to help the business grow. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the centre meets the highest standard of cleanliness, is safe, and enhances the guest experience of a welcoming environment. A well-presented professional with a friendly nature and an eye for a luxury approach. A team player with a hands-on attitude and experience in the five star luxury hotel sector or equivalent.
5 hours per week.
