We have an exciting opportunity within our exceptional front of house team to join us as a Bank Receptionist. Providing a high quality, friendly and professional service you will be the face of St Elizabeth’s to external visitors when arriving to our main reception. Time management and prioritisation is key in this busy role as you will be responsible for dealing with outgoing mail, ensuring it is ready for collection, answering incoming telephone calls and directing to appropriate colleagues, booking meeting rooms and signing for deliveries.
You will have a warm approach with a can-do attitude and commitment to the service. You will have first-class customer service skills, with a calm and professional telephone manner, alongside good working knowledge of office systems and reception protocols. You are a welcoming, enthusiastic team player with the ability to work closely with the rest of the front of house team and the confidence to lone work as necessary. Your excellent communication and organisation skills will see you greet all visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring they are correctly signed in and issued with visitor badges.
