We’re a small, family-run nursing home in Seaford, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, with a maximum of 47 residents. Many of our team have been with us for 10–20+ years, which speaks volumes about the way we look after our staff. Our owner and manager are approachable, hands-on, and genuinely supportive.
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our tight-knit, loyal team on a bank basis, covering both day and night shifts. For the right person, there’s a genuine opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time role.

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards and our home’s policies
• Carry out assessments, develop individualised care plans, and review them regularly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with best practice
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes promptly, and escalate when needed
• Work collaboratively with care staff, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Support, mentor, and guide care staff in delivering excellent resident care
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families, keeping them informed and involved
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records
