Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse in our IPU, you will:

  • Deliver expert palliative and end of life care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and holistic support.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans, including effective symptom management.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality care.
  • Act as shift leader when required, supporting and mentoring junior staff.
  • Contribute to ongoing service improvements and quality initiatives.
