• Delivering person-centred nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Conducting health assessments and creating tailored care plans.
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to emergencies.
• Leading and supporting care staff during night shifts.
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practices.

• Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
