Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward | Norwich | Bank / Ad hoc shifts | Competitive rates plus excellent benefits | Days and Nights available | We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse for our Staffing Bank based on the wards at Spire Norwich Hospital. Duties and responsibilities * You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. * Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs. * Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information. * Promote best practice in health and safety and security. Who we're looking for * You will be a Registered Nurse. * Must be able to work with minimum supervision. * Experience of working in an acute environment * Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration. * A surgical background is essential and to be competent in dealing with post op patients * Candidates' with orthopaedic ward experience are strongly preferred. Working Hours: We operate a 24/7 ward and offer both days and night shifts.
