Office Operations * Process a variety of financial transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. * Handle cash balancing and financial transactions with care to minimize errors. * Open and maintain retail deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy in all account-related tasks such as signature cards and address changes. * Support overall office functions to ensure smooth daily operations. 2. Customer Service & Relationship Building * Deliver top-notch service to existing and prospective customers, fostering trust and creating lasting professional relationships. * Act as a knowledgeable resource for customer inquiries regarding bank products and services. * Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while assisting customers at the Bank Services Representative window. 3. Professional Growth & Compliance * Stay up-to-date with bank policies, products, services, and industry regulations to ensure all operations meet legal and regulatory standards. * Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills, including understanding federal and state regulations and compliance procedures. * Adhere to all relevant banking laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and FinCEN Regulations. Physical Demands & Work Environment * Active work environment with periods of standing, sitting, and walking. * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. when necessary. * Primarily office-based with direct interaction with customers, providing excellent service at the bank’s service windows. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in cash handling, sales, customer service, or banking is a plus. * Must have knowledge and experience with computer programs used throughout the course of the workday. * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and teammates. * A commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. * A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
