Specialist Radiographer | Bank | Imaging | Flexible Working | Sheffield | Competitive Rates Spire Claremont Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Specialist Radiographer to join our experienced and dynamic Imaging team. This is a bank role working ad hoc shifts to cover annual leave and sickness. Spire Claremont Hospital has provided first-class independent healthcare at the heart of the South Yorkshire community since 1953. Our hospital is situated among beautifully landscaped grounds in Crosspool, Sheffield and it is situated 3 miles (about 20 minutes) to the south west of Sheffield city centre. Claremont Hospital has 42 beds, three laminar flow theatres, 13 consulting rooms, a static MRI and CT scanner, and plain and digital X-ray. The hospital provides surgery and outpatients with diagnostic imaging services. Duties and responsibilities: * Provide general imaging for patients within the radiographic department * Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information * Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security * Keeping accurate records and updating records when needed * Ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout Who we're looking for: * You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and be registered with the HCPC. * MRI/CT/General x rays/Fluoroscopy/Theatre experience. * I.V cannulation competent. * You will need to possess strong communication skills and have a good standard of IT. * Previous experience within private healthcare is desirable but not essential. * Have good communication skills. * Mammography with mammography accreditation certificate desirable.
