BANK SUPPORT WORKER (SELF-EMPLOYED)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
Aspect Housing LTD is a Birmingham-based Support Services Provider dedicated to empowering vulnerable adults through high-quality supported living. We work closely with Supported Housing Providers to uplift individuals facing challenges such as mental health needs, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, financial hardship, and physical health conditions.
We’re currently seeking flexible, compassionate Bank Support Workers to help deliver personalised support across our services. If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over your schedule, we’d love to hear from you.

• Deliver 1 hour of tailored, person-centred support per resident each week
• Carry out weekly wellbeing visits and monitor progress
• Encourage residents to develop independent living skills (budgeting, shopping, medication, etc.)
• Promote positive mental health and lifestyle choices
• Maintain clear, accurate records through our mobile/web app
• Liaise with managers and external professionals where needed
