To succeed, you’ll need:

• At least 6 months UK paid Care Experience
• Ideally be a Driver with Car

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
