Bank Ward Receptionist | Norwich | Customer Service | Mon - Sun Shifts Available Spire Norwich Hospital are looking for a Bank Ward Receptionist to support their busy surgical wards. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave /sickness and busy periods of the year. Working Hours: Monday - Sun 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm Contract: Bank 0 hours on a flexible basis – ideally available up to 2 days per week / Enhancements for weekends Duties and responsibilities: To provide high quality reception services for the was and, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and Customer Care, act as a first point of contact to patients, relatives or other members of the public. The post holder is expected to organise their workload in accordance with the demands of the Department. To co-ordinate his/her activities to ensure efficiency of service within the organisation. He/she should exercise initiative and it is vital that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
