Your tasks

• Bank guaranteesPreparation of requests to banks for the issuance of bank guarantees
• Monitoring of the timely issuance and verification of the warranty texts
• Maintenance of internal data and reports, including the creation and updating of a digital database for bank guarantees.
• Control and coordination of all fees related to bank guarantees
• Creation of internal cost allocations
• Foreign Exchange (FX) / HedgingReview of completed transactions with regard to the agreed terms and conditions
• Monitoring of runtimes and coordination of necessary adjustments with the specialist departments.
• Maintaining relevant data and reports
• LoansEnsuring the contractual use of existing credit lines
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in the terms and conditions
• Ensuring the continuous functionality of the banking facilities
• Letters of CreditSupporting day-to-day operations in negotiations regarding letters of credit with customers and coordinating with our house banks.
• Preliminary review of documentation and support in submitting proper documents to ensure payments
• Other banking transactionsCreating payment orders in online banking
• Monitoring the timely processing of worldwide payments and communication with banks until successful execution.
• Maintenance and updating of KYC data, signing authority and legal documents
• Analysis of bank fees and initiation of optimization measures

Your profile

• Completed studies in finance, business administration or a comparable field
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance, cash management, bank guarantees, letters of credit, hedging and payment transactions
• At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate finance or corporate banking at a bank
• Basic understanding of complex project management
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills and intercultural competence
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Independence, organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and good time management.
• Carefulness, accuracy, and high self-control
• Proactive, solution-oriented and priority-based working style
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP or S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Very good English skills (C1–C2, CEFR)
