Experience with SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills Required Technical and Professional Expertise: 4 to 8 years experience in providing L2 application support for retail banking applications. Experience in supporting banking Applications like AML, ADV, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, Govt schemes (APY, PMJJBY, PMSBY) etc. Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
