The Role Application Support engineer to provide L1/L2 24/7 banking and payments application support experience in banking domain, analyze, debug & resolve production issues. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: 5 to 10 years experience in providing L1/L2 application support for payment systems UPI, NEFT/RTGS, ATM, DCMS, 42CS, Getepay and Fraud risk management applications Should have a very good understanding of Recon, batch processes, Core banking systems etc Should have knowledge on s like Flexcube Retail (FCR) India banking system, Onboarding Systems, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM etc Should have good exposure to customer onboarding process, KYC, API integration, workflows etc Should be able to write complex SQL queries, mapping tables from source to target systems Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
