POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Systems Analyst works directly with the Business Systems Specialist to support and improve the Financial Institution’s operational processes. The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to support the bank’s business channels, process changes, reporting, and collaboration with all other banking staff. Assist the Systems Specialist with all operational processes that tie multiple departments of the bank together. Help develop systems and procedures to increase bank’s efficiency.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Knowledge of Jack Henry software is desired. Document Imaging and eSign knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

· Administer Core Banking application parameters, including creation and maintenance of users and permissions, setting up new products and rate changes as needed.
· Administer Document Imaging application and Teller application. Supporting all usage, including user creation, permissions, setup, and user assistance.
· Administer Online Banking application, including creating and maintaining bank users, permissions, parameters, and messages. Includes monitoring customer conversations and assisting if needed.
· Create and maintain active directory accounts for access to bank systems, including unlocks/resets and security group assignments.
· Applications support including but not limited to core banking, account opening, telephone banking, online banking, online account opening, “Xperience framework” encompassing multiple end user applications.
· Assist end users with application errors or questions. Discerning between user issues, application issues, and network environment issues.
· Administer Deposit Platform application, including user creation, updating required forms, and user support.
· Create and maintain reports for various departments.
· Full backup to electronic banking department. Knowledgeable in their various functions, wire transfers, ACH, online banking.
· Assist and backup the Systems specialist coordinating third party vendors when issues extend beyond the bank’s capabilities.
· Create users and maintain parameters of mortgage origination software.
· Create spreadsheets with Excel, fillable forms with Word, and working knowledge of Adobe.
· Create/maintain documentation of procedures and flowcharts of various processes.
· Assist and backup the Systems Specialist performing year end functions.
Experience: Two to four years related experience
