We're looking for passionate Banking Consultants to join our energetic Auckland based team. Is this your next role? You’ll deliver exceptional service to prospective motor vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their loan application and answer any questions along the way. Each day you will: Engage with customers, answering questions around motor or insurance Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions. Accurately complete all required compliance checks and enquires to ensure our policy, regulatory and legislative obligations are met in every instance. Make outbound calls to gather information, follow up on leads and keep things moving. Roll up your sleeves to get things done. Does this sound like you? You’re adaptable, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can juggle priorities while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your ideal experience and skills: Proven customer service experience. Experience within financial services or lending is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
