They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. As a Banking Consultant/ Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to: • Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,• Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective, and• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,• Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,• Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment, • Sound understanding of compliance, and• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
