Roles & Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with assigned leads.
• Understand customers’ credit card repayment concerns.
• Explain the credit card settlement process and required documentation.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Convert interested leads into clients.
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead status records.
• Handle assigned customer settlement cases from start to closure.
• Communicate with banks and third-party collection agencies on behalf of customers.
• Negotiate and coordinate suitable settlement or repayment plans.
• Regularly update customers on case progress and available options.
• Follow up with banks, agencies, and customers for required documents and payments.
• Ensure each customer case is properly completed and closed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Malayalam speaking is added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Spouse Visa / Own Visa mandatory.
• Good communication, persuasion and sales skills.
• Previous experience in banking, credit cards, loans, telesales, collections or financial services is preferred.
