POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our retail, commercial, and institutional banking clients. This individual will oversee high-value relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver tailored financial solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and financial products, coupled with excellent relationship management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or banking certifications preferred).
  • Experience in banking client relationship management, branch management, or commercial banking is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and banking compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking and enterprise business clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and a deep understanding of customer goals.
  • Partner with internal banking and enterprise business teams (IT, credit, operations, compliance, product) to ensure seamless client support.
  • Monitor account health, satisfaction levels, and proactively address retention risks.
  • Conduct client portfolio reviews and recommend new services to help customers optimize financial performance.
  • Promote services to ensure compliance with regulations, risk policies, and security standards in all client interactions.
  • Develop client engagement strategies to strengthen loyalty and increase share of wallet.
