Description

Manage all banking-related activities including issuance, renewal, and closure of Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and related instruments.
Review and evaluate banking facility offer letters, loan documentation, and agreements to ensure alignment with company requirements.
Liaise with banks for various financial transactions, credit facilities, and forex dealings.
Coordinate with internal divisions such as Projects, Commercial, and Accounts for banking and finance-related matters.
Monitor fund utilization, cash flow, and intercompany transfers in line with approved limits.
Oversee forex transactions and ensure effective management of currency exposure.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports through SAP and ensure timely postings and reconciliations.
