Position Summary We are looking for a Junior Associate to work in our banking and finance team, with strong financial regulatory and financial transactional experience, as well as an interest in digital assets, tokenisation, AI and financial innovation. The role will involve working on a wide range of financial regulatory and transactional matters, covering areas such as financial services regulation, digital assets, tokenisation, derivatives, structured products, cross-border financing and other innovative financial products and services. You will get exposure to a wide range of public sector and private sector clients, including global financial institutions, listed companies and technology giants. Excellent legal, drafting, analytical and communication skills are essential. An ability to adapt to complicated regulations and transactions across jurisdictions/cultures and to identity and analyse complicated legal issues is required. Qualifications & Knowledge Qualified in Hong Kong and have 1+ post qualification legal experience, preferably gained within an international law firm; Common Law JD or LLB degree with strong academic performance; Strong memo writing and contract drafting skills and legal research skills; Passion for the law and eager to learn new things, especially relating to emerging technologies; Attention to detail and responsible; Proactive and pragmatic; Fluent English and Mandarin language skills (written and verbal Mandarin communications skills required) Note: we do not accept agency referral for this role.
