Description

We are currently looking for a paralegal join our Banking & Finance team. Position Summary Conduct general legal and commercial research Assist in transactional work comprising loans and lending (asset finance) and general banking matters Proof-reading and translation work Undertake file management Provide full spectrum legal support to Partners and Associates Qualifications & Knowledge You will: have a legal degree, previous experience in an international law firm preferred experience in drafting and reviewing documentation ability to demonstrate familiarity with precedents and market standards; cross-border financing, asset finance experience (an advantage); fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese language Note: we do not accept agency referral for this role.

Responsibilities
