A Specialist Finance organisation requires a Banking & Lending Associate with a flair for Client Relations to join their Financial Services team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ensuring superior levels of service to our specialist clients with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Maintaining a high benchmark in service delivery by phone and email to new and legacy clients
• Strong knowledge of banking and lending practices with a focus on compliance, regulation and internal procedures.
• Sound knowledge of Lending process not limited to processing drawdowns, settlements, rate adjustments and loan management
• Develop a strong level of product knowledge for all products and services with the ability to articulate your knowledge to Clients.
• Preparation and processing of corporate cards, merchant facilities and bank guarantee applications for assessment by the approving manager.
• Quality Control and management of client registers, internal databases and investor data.
• Typical functions include Processing withdrawals/deposits, Opening/Closing Loans, setup of sweep accounts and Payment Investigations
• Vigilance across AML and KYC risks - requiring strong Attention to Detail with a focus of the role being alertness to potential frauds
