This role brings deposit and operational expertise, working to capture deposits from lending activity and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive, service-oriented engagement. By combining product knowledge, relationship management, and leadership, the Banking Manager helps position the branch to grow deposits, deliver an exceptional client experience, and contribute meaningfully to overall success. Job Qualifications: * Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred * Minimum of five years’ branch banking and account opening experience. * Previous Management experience preferred. * Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills. * Good risk-based decision-making skills and the ability to follow complex policies and procedures.
