3–6 month fixed-term contract, with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours Hybrid Work CBD Office Location About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on contractor to make Open Banking work at scale across hundreds of client accounts. In this role, you’ll: Lead management of bank data feeds, including all paperwork, bank-by-bank workflows, and annual renewals process. Turn complex processes into simple, repeatable instructions and guides that make operations frictionless. Apply your knowledge of banking mandates, account access, and authorised data delegation to keep client accounts compliant. Work directly with hospitality clients to ensure signatures, permissions, and account access are always up to date. Collaborate closely with Client Directors to ensure all data feeds, account structures, and workflows run smoothy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, streamlining processes, and making a real operational impact. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day Open Banking / CDR onboarding across a large, multi-entity client base. Manage bank-specific forms, wet signatures, authorisations, and annual re-consents. Liaise directly with customers (e.g., venue owners/publicans) to collect signatories and contact details, ensuring completion. Create How-To Guides and bank-specific process maps to streamline workflows. Coordinate with banks on escalations, clarifications, and process variations. Track progress, surface issues early, and reassess workflows for continuous improvement. Ensure reliable data flows for Finance and Operations teams. What you’ll bring Hands-on experience in banking operations, project management, or fintech—Open Banking/CDR experience is a plus but not required. Strong understanding of bank data aggregation, mandates, and wet signature workflows. Proven ability to drive paperwork to completion with both banks and clients—politely persistent and process-driven. Excellent documentation skills—able to turn ambiguity into clear, reusable SOPs. Comfortable engaging with SMEs (e.g., publicans) and bank operations teams.
