Job Description An essential and visible responsibility for clients and IQ EQ where all payments made from and to clients go through the hands of the team members of the Banking Pool. The team is responsible for a vast number of payments and part of the invoice collection on a daily basis. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality and efficient payment services whilst maintaining compliance standards as a key gatekeeper in the payment process Support the Operations Department with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by providing online bank statements and transaction documentation Assist clients throughout the complete payment lifecycle, from approval and balance verification to authorisation and execution Manage invoice collection for IQ EQ and ensure timely payment of annual fixed fees in accordance with payment schedules Collaborate effectively with the Operations Department and clients, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to ensure operational excellence What we offer Comprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Wellbeing: additional social benefits Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. Responsibilities
The role involves managing all payments made from and to clients as a key gatekeeper in the payment process, alongside supporting reporting needs by providing bank statements and documentation. Team members are also responsible for managing invoice collection for the company and ensuring timely payment of fixed fees.
