Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager with strong expertise in Finance, Enterprise Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation to lead large-scale, end-to-end financial transformation programs. This role requires deep financial domain knowledge, proven experience in end-to-end financial project implementations, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Data, Technology, and Business teams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and is passionate about driving business transformation through data and emerging technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise finance and data initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Data, Technology, and Business Units to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes. Drive data, solution design, and architecture discussions with vendors, technology teams, and business users. Manage and direct project teams comprising internal and external resources to deliver results within agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality parameters. Oversee enterprise initiatives related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Project Governance Establish and enforce strong project governance frameworks, including impact assessments for scope changes and change requests. Organize, chair, and manage governance and steering committee meetings, including preparation of materials, action tracking, and minutes. Ensure all deliverables comply with banking policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Track, measure, and report program progress, risks, issues, and financials to senior stakeholders. Scope Management Own and manage the approved program scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Review and assess change requests for impact on timeline, cost, resources, and risks. Ensure all scope changes are formally reviewed, approved, and documented. Risk and Issue Management Proactively identify, assess, and manage project, financial, operational, and technology risks. Drive timely escalation and resolution of critical risks and issues. Define and execute the testing strategy, managing test cycles and ensuring all critical and high-severity defects are resolved within agreed timelines. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business lines, finance leadership, technology teams, and external vendors. Ensure clear, consistent communication and timely delivery of assigned activities across all parties. Key Requirements 15+ years of experience as a Project / Program Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong finance domain knowledge, including enterprise budgeting, financial consolidation, financial reporting, and planning systems. Proven experience in end-to-end financial project implementations within large enterprise or banking environments. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, with hands-on experience in both SDLC and Agile delivery models. Experience with data management, system integration, and financial reporting platforms. Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to finance projects. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project for planning, tracking, and executive reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams. Highly organized, with experience managing multiple stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations. Confident presenter to senior leadership and executive audiences. Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. PMP certification preferred.
