Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and banking transactions across the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Review and negotiate banking agreements, investment contracts, and financing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, investment policies, and banking regulations.
• Support investment planning, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Monitor financing facilities, loans, guarantees, and investment performance.
• Prepare treasury and investment reports for management.
• Coordinate with finance teams across group companies.
