Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join First Solution Management Services, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE. The role involves promoting Personal Loans, and Auto Loans, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, including Personal Loans and Auto Loans.
• Meet with customers to explain product features and assist with applications.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales activity and visit reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit weekly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Age: 20 to 35 years.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial products sales (UAE or home country)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused.
• Presentable and well-organized with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
