REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in banking sales or financial consultancy in the UAE.
  • Sound understanding of UAE banking systems, corporate account structures, and KYC/compliance frameworks.
  • Experience dealing with offshore jurisdictions and high-risk industries preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in client handling and relationship building.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and regular client meetings.
  • UAE driver’s license and own car preferred.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and engage prospective clients across diverse industries requiring bank account opening services, including local mainland, free zone, offshore, and international entities.
  • Identify and consult clients on appropriate banking solutions based on their business model, activity, ownership structure, and risk profile.
  • Specialize in supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), complex structures, and high-risk business categories.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation readiness.
  • Liaise with banks and internal teams to coordinate end-to-end account opening processes.
  • Stay updated on banking policies, KYC/AML compliance requirements, and regulatory changes relevant to UAE and offshore banking.
  • Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, referrals, business networking, and partnerships.
