Job Description Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change. Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values. Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning. Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field. Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus. Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques; Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies; Create and facilitate workshops and events; Training, advise and share Agile methodologies; Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…) Qualifications Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies; Experience as a Scrum Master; JIRA and Confluence; Good communication and leadership skills; Fluency in English (Spoken and written); French knowledge (Plus); Additional Information Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
