Job Description Develop and maintain .NET and WPF applications with a focus on quality and performance. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs. Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing systems. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Ensure scalability, security, and usability across all solutions. Qualifications Proven professional experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong background in C# and WPF. Solid understanding of .NET Framework / .NET Core and object-oriented programming principles. Experience in developing front-end solutions for financial services or trading platforms is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Senior-level profile with autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
