We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
Ready to deliver exceptional service and drive process improvements?
As a Banking Services Senior Administrator, you’ll assist with the secure, accurate, and timely completion of daily business tasks. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent service, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and risk mitigation, and assisting the team with implementing new processes and work transitions.
You’ll get involved with a mixture of tasks relating to the preparation, authorisation, and release of payments across different data files on multiple banking platforms, ensuring all audit control checks are performed and documented. You’ll manage allocations, investigate transactional data, and escalate any at-risk items.
But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll oversee the allocation of cash, cheque, and card payments taken in-store, providing solutions to partners, ensuring accuracy, and processing any discrepancies. You’ll create, review, and maintain compliance documentation, upload data files for the UK and Northern Ireland areas, and analyse automated output for accuracy.
You’ll bring experience in driving resolutions reconciliation exceptions and queries and providing excellent partner support. You’ll build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and key external providers. You’ll play a key part in training stakeholders, exceeding service level agreements, and cross-training on multiple roles. Embrace change and lead the team through new processes and regulatory updates while providing top-notch service.
This role closes on 4th April 2025; however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. Apply now – you’ll be pleased that you did.
