Job Description The Account Management Services team consists of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists, providing top-notch business processes as a service. We support our customers in operational Banking Transaction matters. With Avaloq’s state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes, we aim to provide innovative value added services in a constantly changing banking environment. Key tasks Providing various German Banking Operations services in the area of account management Successful implementation of services for Client Opening, Client Maintenance and Client Closing Supporting the team improving the functionalities of Avaloq’s core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks Supporting the team in projects and testing of new functionalities or regular releases Qualifications Working experience in Banking Operations, e.g., Account Management Services Team spirit with a high level of quality awareness Good command in English, fluency in German Solid analytical and problem-solving skills It would be a real bonus if you have Apprenticeship in banking or equivalent education or university degree in business administration, economics or law Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
