Job Description Corporate Actions Processing is a global department based in three different regions Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf), Switzerland (Zurich, Bioggio) and Singapore, responsible for managing Corporate Actions business/processes (announcements, instructions and payments). Monitor, plan and execute the daily activities for corporate actions events, to be delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements agreed with our Clients Monitoring corporate actions including any instruction deadlines Preparing and releasing instructions to Custodians Booking of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, taking into account withholding tax and foreign withholding tax Managing reconciliation for differences arising from corporate actions (cash and securities) Inquiries from/to custodians and Clients Qualifications First professional experience in the back office of a bank Flexibility and willingness to learn Good team player and positive attitude Ability to work independently in a very demanding, fast-paced and complex environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Full professional fluency in German and very good English skills It would be a real bonus if you have Experience in the area of corporate actions Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System Proficiency in other languages Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
