Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join our EMEA Finance team as a Banking Lead. Overseeing EMEA banking operations and supported by a Banking Analyst, you will own the accurate processing, reconciliation, and posting of cash transactions across four major banks and more than ten legal entities. This role serves as the functional lead for EMEA banking activities, acting as the primary point of escalation, technical expert, and liaison between Finance, IT, and controllership stakeholders. The Banking Lead plays a key role in maintaining automation integrity, managing complex cash flows, and ensuring month-end accuracy within SAP. JOB DUTIES: * Provide functional oversight of EMEA banking activities, reviewing Analyst output, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to established controls and timelines * Review and manage the EMEA banking mailbox daily, processing booking instructions and responding to inquiries related to bank activity * Own the posting and reconciliation of complex, manual, and high-risk cash transactions, including payroll payments, vendor payments, and disbursements * Record and reconcile intercompany cash transactions, including intercompany loans, funding movements, and settlements between EMEA entities * Manage and reconcile cash pool activity, including allocation and reconciliation of cash pool interest between trading partners * Perform and review reconciliations of all EMEA cash and cash timing accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies * Maintain, enhance, and govern the Auto Banking Tool, including updating logic and rules to ensure accurate transaction automation * Partner with IT, Cash Applications, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve bank statement auto-feed issues and define coding or system improvements * Post and reconcile credit card receipts across multiple ADI branches * Retrieve, compile, and provide bank statements and supporting documentation to fulfill internal and external audit requests * Ensure timely clearance of all disbursement-related cash transactions in the general ledger * Conduct quarterly reviews of direct debit recipients, validating against actual bank activity and coordinating updates with bank records as required YOU MUST HAVE: * Strong SAP proficiency preferred or similar ERP experience essential; experience maintaining bank interfaces or automation tools preferred * Ability to investigate complex discrepancies and implement sustainable solutions. * Demonstrated experience improving processes, managing automation rules, and handling escalations * Comfortable working with IT, audit, controllership, and regional finance teams * Ability to guide and support junior staff while retaining hands-on operational responsibility * A high level of English proficiency WE VALUE: * Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or related field * Solid understanding of cash accounting, intercompany transactions, clearing accounts, and cash pooling structures. * Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision * Strong analytical & problems solving skills * Health insurance through Generali * Insurance in case of serious illness, surgical intervention, professional illness, and insurance from the consequences of an accident * Sports and Recreation - Fitpass or Sports Academy Kocovic * English classes during working hours * Employee referral bonus program * Corporate social events and team buildings WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: * Health insurance through Generali * Insurance in case of serious illness, surgical intervention, professional illness, and insurance from the consequences of an accident * Sports and Recreation - Fitpass or Sports Academy Kocovic * English classes during working hours * Employee referral bonus program * Corporate social events and team buildings #LI-SR1 #LI-HYBRID Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
