Banking Support Consultant – Consumer We're looking for a passionate Banking Support Consultant to join our energetic Auckland based team Is this your next role? This frontline role plays a key part in driving the success of the Direct Lending channel by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence. It’s a dynamic, growth-oriented position where responsibilities expand with experience, offering continuous development in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Each day you will: Deliver exceptional customer service across digital, phone, and outbound channels by handling enquiries and applications professionally. Proactively assist in customer retention activity as directed by leaders Provide day-to-day support within the Direct Lending team, sharing updates, assisting colleagues, and embracing training opportunities. Collaborate in maintaining application workflows, accurate records, and contributing ideas to improve customer processes. Participate in customer follow-up, outbound initiatives, and assist with campaigns that promote channel growth. Roll up your sleeves to get things done. Does this sound like you? You’re energetic, adaptable with a passion for Customer service. Quick to learn, proactive in solving problems, and comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Organised, detail-focused, and driven to create seamless customer experiences. Your ideal experience and skills: Proven customer service experience. Experience within financial services or lending is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
