Description Servbank is seeking a Banking Applications Administrator to own and support critical banking platforms, with a primary focus on the nCino lending platform built on Salesforce. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, user management, and ongoing enhancements of nCino, while also supporting related banking applications and integrations. In addition to nCino, this role will manage and support integrated systems such as Fiserv Document Storage integrations and Servbank’s ticket and intake management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce-based platforms, application governance, user access management, and working in regulated banking environments. This position partners closely with Banking Systems, IT, Operations, Lending, and Compliance teams to ensure systems are stable, secure, well-documented, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the nCino platform Manage user access, profiles, permission settings, and perform periodic user access reviews Configure validation rules, workflows, automation, and business logic within nCino/Salesforce Support integrations between nCino and core banking systems, including Fiserv DNA Administer and support Fiserv Document Storage integrations and related workflows Manage and maintain Servbank’s Smartsheet-based ticket and request management system Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement application enhancements Support system testing, release coordination, and post-deployment validation Maintain application documentation, standards, and operational procedures Support audits, compliance reviews, and change management processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in data migration, data cleansing, and data integration techniques. Proven experience as a Business Systems Administrator or similar role in the banking industry. Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, banking operations and digital product development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem-prevention, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred experience with FISERV banking solutions, FISERV DNA Core, Commercial Center, SCO. Recommended experience with banking acquisitions, data mapping and system integration.
