Our client in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Docket Specialist to join their team in a direct hire capacity. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule—work from home on Mondays and Fridays!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy docketing experience
  • Proficiency with bankruptcy e-filing systems such as PACER/NextGen, Lexis/Nexis, West CourtExpress, etc.
  • Strong computer skills and internet research capabilities
  • Excellent professional communication skills and a polished, customer-service-oriented demeanor

Responsibilities
  • Manage case information using the firm’s case management system, including data entry, response time calculations, and information retrieval
  • Stay current on court rules and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance in docketing and court filings
  • Complete e-filings and docket requests accurately and on time
  • Communicate delays in assignments promptly to appropriate parties
  • Prioritize multiple filings and determine the most efficient course of action
  • Provide support to staff and attorneys on bankruptcy e-filing procedures
  • Conduct research and retrieve data using court websites
  • Maintain professional communication with attorneys, staff, court personnel, and external contacts
