Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquet Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving banquet and event revenue. This role assists in securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operations to deliver exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in generating banquet and event sales through proactive prospecting, networking, and client follow-up Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections for prospective clients Support contract negotiations and ensure accurate documentation of event details Coordinate with culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in banquet sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and sales/event management systems Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Additional Information Key Competencies Sales-driven and results-oriented Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Team collaboration and leadership support Professional presentation and communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
